Our tiny homes come in a range of lengths and floor plans. To be considered a "tiny home" , the square footage of the home must be under 400 square feet. To be road-worthy and not require permits to pull, each tiny home must be under 13'6" in height and 8'6" wide. They boast full kitchens and bathrooms, along with a combination washer/dryer. Tiny homes can be a single level or have lofts, which are perfect for bedrooms, reading/TV nooks, or storage areas.

Each tiny home is inspected at different stages of construction. The trailer, plumbing, electrical, framing, insulation and dry in, and a final inspection are all certified by NOAH RDI (National Organization for Alternative Housing)
